Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Frontend Engineer to help build the interface of tomorrow within the Agentic AI Platform. You will work on UI libraries, components, and tools for AI agents, collaborating with backend, UX/UI, and AI researchers to translate requirements into scalable frontend solutions.

You bring 3+ years of frontend experience with TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS, strong CS fundamentals, and an interest in AI/ML.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS.
Strong CS fundamentals: data structures and algorithms.
Experience building responsive, performant UIs.
Experience with system design and architecture.
Interest or experience with AI/ML, LLMS.
Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD, monitoring, code reviews.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, test, and deploy frontend features and internal tools with TypeScript, React, TailwindCSS.
Develop core UI library and reusable components for AI agents tooling.
Contribute to architectural direction with backend, UX/UI, and AI researchers.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, and other engineering teams.
Troubleshoot and debug production frontend issues; improve performance, security, usability.
