Enity Bank Group is seeking a Fraud & AML Specialist to join the Financial Crime & Backoffice team in Helsinki. You will own AML and fraud processes in the first line of defence and work with risk management, investigations and regulatory compliance across the Nordic organization.
The role offers a hybrid work model with four days in the office and one day remote. The monthly salary starts at EUR 5,000, with flexibility for higher compensation based on experience and unique expertise.
We are looking for a Fraud & AML Specialist to join our Financial Crime & Backoffice team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take the next step in financial crime prevention and contribute with specialist expertise within a central function with Nordic collaboration.
At Enity, we believe in people's potential. We're challenging the Nordic mortgage market by making banking more inclusive, sustainable, and human. As a listed company with the brands Bluestep Bank, Bank2 and 60plusbanken, we offer mortgages to those often excluded by traditional banks – for example, due to self-employment, employment type, age, or credit history. We operate across Sweden, Norway and Finland, and we're on a mission to shape the future of banking – together.
You will have operational ownership of AML and Fraud processes within the first line of defence while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will work with risk management, investigations, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, while collaborating closely with colleagues locally and across the Nordic organization. The role reports to the Financial Crime & Backoffice Manager.
As the first dedicated Financial Crime specialist in Finland, you will have the opportunity to shape local AML and Fraud practices while being supported by an experienced Nordic team.
You are analytical, structured and accountable. You work independently, communicate clearly and are confident in providing guidance on complex matters. You demonstrate high integrity and strong risk awareness.
We offer a competitive compensation package complemented by a generous range of benefits, and flexibility to support your work-life balance.
The position is based at our office in Helsinki. The hybrid working model currently includes four days per week in the office and one day working remotely.
For this position, we offer a monthly salary starting at EUR 5,000. However, we recognize that experience and unique expertise matter, so there is flexibility to offer a higher salary for the right candidate.
Embracing inclusivity, we value each candidate based on their skills and experience. There is no need to include a photo in your application.
