Job summary

SEB in Finland is seeking a Client Executive for Foundations to develop and manage a portfolio of foundation clients, delivering wealth and asset management solutions in collaboration with SEB specialists.

You will lead client dialogues, coordinate client teams and business plans, monitor profitability, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships and win new business, all while providing high‑quality service with integrity and a commercial mindset.

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree in business, finance, economics or another applicable field.
• Relevant previous work experience in financial services, wealth or asset management, institutional client coverage, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written; Swedish is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of foundation clients, delivering wealth and asset management solutions in collaboration with SEB specialists.
• Lead overall client dialogue, coordinate client teams and business plans, monitor discretionary development and profitability.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and win new business through proactive engagement and high-quality advice.
• Ensure excellent client experience with a service mindset and integrity.
