Job summary

Metsän Woima Oy in Finland is seeking a Forestry Expert to manage forest owner cooperation, timber trading and harvest planning within a domestic supply chain.

The role involves daily contact with log sellers, harvesting and transport contractors, and end users. You should have knowledge of the forestry sector, timber purchasing experience, and the ability to work in a team or independently; travel and vehicle use may be required.

Forestry Expert sought to manage forest owner cooperation, timber trading, and harvest planning within a domestic supply chain. The role involves daily customer interactions with log sellers, harvesting and transport contractors, and end users of our products. You will bring good communication skills, current knowledge of the forestry sector, experience in timber purchasing and harvesting, and the ability to work in a team as well as independently.
