Job summary

Aromia Oy is seeking a Food Production Shift Supervisor to lead the production team on a shift basis. The role requires managing product information and label data, and ensuring compliance with recipes, safety and labeling procedures.

The ideal candidate has experience in food production supervision, familiarity with Synkka or similar PIM systems, and strong Excel skills for preparing product specifications and data checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead production during the shift, assign tasks, and ensure progress and on-time delivery.
• Ensure recipes, food safety procedures, hygiene requirements, and packaging/labeling instructions are followed.
• Manage product and label data in databases, maintain Synkka data, and prepare product specifications.
• Check accuracy of system data against orders, production quantities and deliveries.
