Rebl Eats in Helsinki is seeking a quality and scale-up specialist to ensure every meal tastes exceptional from kitchen to large-scale production. You will define taste bars, set acceptance ranges, and collaborate with chefs, product, and operations to protect quality as we scale.

You will lead sensory evaluations, investigate deviations with manufacturing partners, oversee food safety and regulatory compliance, and act as our link to authorities on packaging information.

Qualificações

• Exceptional palate to differentiate subtle flavor changes.
• Hands-on production experience at scale with fresh food.
• Knowledge of HACCP, labelling, traceability and supplier audits.
• Willingness to challenge conventional industry approaches.

Responsabilidades

• Scale recipes from kitchen to large-scale production and anticipate risks.
• Define the taste bar for each product and protect it via sensory evaluation.
• Investigate deviations and drive root-cause analysis with manufacturing partners.
• Own consumer feedback and translate it into product improvements.
• Ensure food safety and regulatory compliance; liaison with food authorities when needed.
