Job summary

Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue is seeking a registered nurse for the float pool on a fixed-term contract until 6 November 2026. The role spans regional ward units in Kyllö and Nova in the Jyväskylä region, offering varied workdays and the chance to broaden expertise across wards.

The work is primarily morning-oriented three-shift, with shifts planned in advance and your preferences considered. An orientation is provided based on your experience and previous expertise.

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in accordance with Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994).
• Final-year students may be considered for the fixed-term position.
• Experience in ward work is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in designated units in the Jyväskylä region.
• Work across diverse care environments to broaden expertise.
• Participate in a morning-oriented three-shift schedule with planned shifts and orientation based on prior experience.
