The role requires native or fluent Finnish, an EU passport, and strong customer service or retail background, with excellent communication and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to work within the EU.
• Proven experience in customer service or the retail industry is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Finnish-speaking customers in online retail, providing premium service.
• Manage order processing, tracking, and returns with high attention to detail.
• Provide fashion and sizing advice to enhance the online shopping experience.
• Handle complaints or delivery issues promptly to maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication between warehouse logistics and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain logs and reports on customer interactions to support improvements.
• Stay updated on seasonal fashion trends and promotions to inform customers.
