Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Be the voice and face of global brands for Finnish-speaking customers across Europe.
• Assist customers via phone, live chat, and email with product, order, bookings, or account inquiries.
• Provide empathetic, clear, and helpful communication to resolve issues.
