Qualifications

• Fluent in Finnish (written and spoken).
• Good English knowledge (B2 or higher) to navigate systems.
• EU passport or valid Greek work permit.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the voice of global brands for Finnish-speaking customers across Europe.
• Handle inquiries via phone, live chat, and email with empathy and clarity.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and guide users through product features.
