Job summary

Mercor is seeking bilingual Finnish-English reviewers to help improve AI safety. You will craft prompts in Finnish and assess model responses using clear guidelines. A bachelor's degree is required, and native or near-native Finnish with business English is essential.

Experience in content assessment or risk analysis is welcome, and strong attention to detail will help evaluate sensitive topics and escalation patterns. Based in Helsinki, you’ll work onsite with a focus on quality and safety.

About the role

We're hiring proficient bilingual speakers (English & Finnish) to help make advanced AI models safer. You'll apply your language fluency and cultural judgment to evaluate and strengthen how these models handle sensitive topics in Finnish. No prior AI/ML experience is required — we'll train you on the workflow.

What you'll do

• Based in Finland or the wider Western Europe region. This is a preference, not a requirement — applicants based elsewhere are welcome.

• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.

• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
