Job summary

ONNEC Group Finland is seeking a Health & Safety Supervisor to join our Nordic team. This hands-on role supports project teams, ensures safety remains at the heart of operations, and travels to customer sites including data centres and construction environments.

You will monitor compliance with Finnish health and safety legislation, guide local HSE procedures, assist with inspections and incident investigations, and help drive a strong safety culture across our Finnish operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Health & Safety, HSE or similar roles.
• Experience in construction, data centres, engineering, telecom or technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support project and site teams with day-to-day health and safety matters.
• Carry out regular site inspections and audits, identify risks and follow up actions.
• Help ensure projects comply with Finnish health & safety legislation and ONNEC/customer requirements.
• Promote a positive safety culture and encourage safe working practices.
• Assist investigations of accidents, incidents and near misses with root-cause analysis.
