Job summary

Nova Complex in Finland seeks an experienced Procurement Manager to establish and grow a local function for major data centre projects in Loviisa and Kouvola. You’ll build a supplier network, manage end-to-end procurement, and align with schedules and cost targets.

The role requires 7+ years in procurement, Finnish-English fluency, and a strong telecom/industrial procurement background. On-site work with international teams and local contractors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement experience in construction orInfra projects.
• Experience procuring construction materials and subcontractor packages.
• Leading tendering across multiple work packages.
• Strong understanding of Finnish construction practices and YSE.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for construction materials and subcontractor packages.
• Lead tendering of civil construction and infrastructure packages.
• Coordinate lifting, heavy transportation and site logistics.
• Establish and improve local procurement processes compliant with Finnish and EU rules.
