Job summary

Aleph is seeking a Client Partner to elevate our Finland Team by consulting advertisers and agencies on delivering marketing objectives through our partners’ ad platforms. Strong local ties within the advertising industry are required.

You will grow the client book, manage full-cycle sales (100k+ deals), and build strategic plans leveraging Microsoft/Bing Ads and Google Ads. Join a fast-growing, global team with flexible work options.

Qualifications

University education in business administration, economics or similar social sciences.
4+ years of digital ad sales experience directly closing large brands or agency accounts.
Proven hunter track record in cold prospecting, negotiating and closing enterprise deals.
Knowledge of Search Ads platforms (Microsoft/Bing Ads, Google Ads) and performance marketing.
Commercial drive with ability to manage revenue and build a pipeline from zero.
Deep understanding of the Finnish advertising landscape and network.
Native or business-level fluency in Finnish and English.
Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with adaptability in an agile team.

Responsibilities

Growth-focused prospecting, pitching, and onboarding major brands and agencies to accelerate Finland market growth.
Manage full-cycle sales to convert opportunities into high-value contracts (100k+).
Consult and strategize with clients to meet goals using Microsoft/Bing Ads and Google Ads.
Educate new accounts on best practices to maximize campaign performance and retention.
Map the Finnish market, network with senior executives and agency partners.
Maintain pipeline accuracy and report forecasts, revenue, and variances.
Represent the brand at key industry events to fuel new business pipeline.
