Job summary

Wolt Oy is seeking an Ads & Promotions Specialist in Finland to manage day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of partner campaigns. You will work closely with Account Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure campaigns meet client goals and deliver strong results.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, excellent communication, and a passion for digital advertising, with fluency in Finnish and English and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in an Account Management, Operations, or Business Analyst role.
• Experience working with marketing, account management, and/or sales teams is preferred.
• Solid understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder relationships.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to excellence.
