Aleph is hiring a Client Partner to drive growth in Finland, consulting advertisers and agencies on using our ad-platform partnerships to meet marketing objectives. You will build relationships with major brands and agencies, discovering objectives at business and campaign levels.

The role requires 4+ years in digital ad sales, a proven hunter approach, and deep knowledge of Microsoft/Bing Ads and Google Ads. Flexible work models available.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of digital ad sales experience closing enterprise brands or agency accounts.
• Demonstrated success in cold prospecting, negotiating, and closing enterprise-level digital advertising deals.
• Knowledge of Search Ads platforms (Microsoft/Bing Ads, Google Ads) and performance marketing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Grow Finnish market by prospecting, pitching, and onboarding major brands to accelerate growth.
• Manage full-cycle sales processes to convert outbound opportunities into high-value contracts (100k+).
• Consult and strategize with clients at business and campaign level to meet goals using ad platforms.
• Expand market footprint by networking with senior executives, startups, and agency partners.
• Track, report, and maintain pipeline accuracy and revenue forecasts.
