Job summary

Linde is seeking a HR Manager Finland to lead the local HR function, partner with the Finnish leadership team and help develop the people and capabilities needed for the future. You will report to the Senior Director HR, Region Europe North, and lead one local HR professional with payroll coordination responsibilities.

You will collaborate across regional teams on talent management and total rewards, while driving employee experience and continuous improvement in HR delivery.

Qualifications

• Around 8–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Finnish employment law and collective agreements.
• Experience supporting organisational change and advising leadership teams.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Comfort with HR systems and data analytics, including digital tools and AI applications.
• Relevant university degree; fluent Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finnish BU Director to translate business priorities into people solutions.
• Lead local HR operations, payroll coordination and compliance.
• Develop leaders and succession plans for key roles in Finland.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams for talent management and total rewards.
• Use data and tools to simplify processes and enable better decisions.
