Ayvens in Finland seeks an experienced Finance Director to partner with the Managing Director and Senior Management Team. You will lead financial planning, performance management, funding and risk management to drive profitable growth.

You will shape the Finance and Business Controlling functions, ensuring scalable processes, robust internal controls, and effective governance. The role is based in Finland and reports to the Managing Director.

Competenze

• A university degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.
• Significant senior-level experience in financial leadership with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong commercial understanding; connects financial performance with business priorities.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, IFRS, internal controls and risk management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and cash flow management.
• Experience in developing financial processes and working with shared service operations.
• Experience in transformation initiatives, project management or M&A is advantageous.
• Fluent English and Finnish; Scandinavian languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead financial planning and performance management for the organisation.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting and cash flow projections.
• Manage financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable and balance sheet.
