Job summary

Ayvens is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join our team in Finland. You will partner with the Managing Director and the Senior Management Team to drive profitability, growth and fact-based decisions.

The role leads budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow and risk management, and shapes the Finance and Business Controlling functions. You will oversee financial planning, performance management and governance, while developing scalable processes and strengthening internal controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Significant senior-level financial leadership experience with track record of profitability.
• Strong understanding of governance, IFRS, risk management and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with SMT.
• Drive financial performance analysis, reporting and cash flow management.
• Oversee financing activities, credit, and liquidity planning.
• Improve finance processes, automation and governance with regional and shared services.
