Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Helsinki to lead a POS-based team across partner stores and drive premium customer experiences.

You will coach Advisors, develop talent, and ensure merchandising standards align with Apple’s vision, while collaborating with the local retail account team on promotions. You will spend substantial time in stores, building relationships with partner leadership and Apple teams to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional experiences across the Apple

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a POS-based sales team to elevate the Apple sales journey in partner stores.
• Coach, develop and role-model behaviours of Advisors.
• Build and cultivate relationships with POS leadership and Apple partner resellers.
• Motivate team and partner POS leadership to exceed goals.
• Review and communicate business results with team and partner stakeholders.
• Spend majority of time in stores across the country or territory.
• Lead and develop ASCs and Advisors to drive partner Apple business.
• Ensure Apple fixtures and merchandising are up to date and maintained.
• Utilise Apple tools such as Storefront and Apple Sale Coach & Guide.
• Deliver frequent business reviews to partner store leadership.
• Collaborate with local Apple retail account team on promotional plans.
