Job summary

Dreamloop is seeking a Financial Controller in Tampere to oversee general accounting, reconciliations, and monthly closings while helping establish scalable financial processes. You’ll work closely with our Finance Director to support a fast-growing studio on its next phase.

The ideal candidate has Finnish accounting knowledge, English proficiency, and hands-on experience with accounting software. A team-focused, detail-oriented mindset is valued and encouraged here.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Finnish accounting principles and tax treatment.
• English language proficiency for financial communications.
• Understanding of basic spreadsheet functions.
• Familiarity with standard IT and software systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting activities, reconciliations, and monthly closings in coordination with Dreamloop’s accountants.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and account statements.
• Handle day-to-day management of company finances using needed software (Bezala, Netvisor, Pliant, BI Book, etc.).
• Create and maintain financial reports to ensure up-to-date information for operational decision-making.
• Support the Finance Director in various areas as needed.
