Job summary

Neste, the world’s leading producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel, is seeking a Finance Trainee in Espoo. The role focuses on external financial reporting, month-end and consolidation tasks within Group Consolidation, reporting to the Head of Group Consolidation.

Applicants should be studying or have completed accounting-related studies, with experience in bookkeeping and consolidation. Strong Excel skills and fluency in English and Finnish are required.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or have completed studies in accounting or another relevant field.
• Experience and interest in bookkeeping, consolidation, financial accounting tasks and processes.
• Previous experience on finance applications and tasks is considered as an asset.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Finnish required (materials prepared in both languages).
• Strong Excel and technical skills.
• Detailed oriented and solid team player.

Responsibilities

• Participating in month-end and quarter-end reporting.
• Analyzing group financial figures within your area of responsibility.
• Preparing consolidated financial statements and interim reports.
• Assisting with project and ad hoc tasks.
