Job summary

CurifyLabs Ltd in Helsinki is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to own a broad range of finance operations, from AP, invoicing and collections to month-end close and reporting. You will work across Sales, Customer Support, Operations and external partners to keep cash flow healthy and numbers accurate.

NetSuite experience is a strong plus as you drive process improvements, implement new tools, and support audits, tax filings and compliance, while collaborating with a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Accounting, or similar
• Experience in a finance, accounting, or controlling role
• Exposure to several finance areas (AR, AP, reporting, close, reconciliations) is an advantage
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

• Own the accounts payable process end to end and lead bringing it in-house, from invoice receipt and approvals to payments and vendor management
• Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting activities
• Create, process, and post customer invoices and credit memos in NetSuite
• Monitor aging reports, follow up with customers, and drive collections to keep DSO healthy
• Drive continuous improvement of finance processes, controls, documentation and NetSuite functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis. Support audits, tax filings, and compliance by providing documentation and explanations when needed
