Job summary

DMA Group, a privately owned data collection business, seeks a Finance & Office Manager to own the finance function on site. You will lead end-to-end management accounting, produce management accounts, and oversee office administration with direct access to Directors.

The role is hands-on, focusing on delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting support, and liaising with auditors during year-end processes. A strong accounting foundation and Excel expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience producing management accounts end to end in a small to mid sized business.
• Strong grounding across VAT, corporation tax, payroll and cashflow.
• Comfortable liaising directly with auditors and owning year end.

Responsibilities

• Produce quarterly and year end management accounts, P&L and balance sheet.
• Handle accruals, prepayments, journals and control account reconciliation.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation.
• Forecast cashflow and costs; manage payment runs.
