Job summary

ITProposal is seeking an HES Technician to provide onsite corrective maintenance and field support for Dell ISG Storage products across customer environments.

You will attend customer sites, perform break/fix activities, manage parts, update service systems, and communicate with customers while adhering to Dell quality, safety, and SLA requirements.

The role requires a technically capable, customer-focused engineer who can work independently in a fast-paced, safety-conscious setting.

Qualifications

• Previous field engineering or data centre experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise hardware support.
• Ability to follow structured technical procedures accurately and safely.
• Good verbal and written communication in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organisation professionally when working with Dell and customers.
• Attend customer premises within required service timelines.
• Set clear expectations for service delivery, parts arrival and next steps.
• Attend site during agreed coverage hours in line with SLA.
• Record accurate visit notes and service updates in English.
