Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks an EHS Supervisor based in Vantaa, Finland, to support EHS performance across Services and Sales, ensuring compliance with Finnish laws and Eaton MESH standards. The position covers Project Sites (40–60%) and Country-Level EHS responsibilities (40–60%), with travel to customer sites and projects. Fluent Finnish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant EHS experience in industrial, electrical, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• EHS certifications such as NEBOSH are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS performance across Finland, ensuring compliance with legal and MESH standards.
• Provide EHS guidance to leaders, field engineers, employees and contractors.
• Conduct site inspections, training, incident investigations, and RAM reviews at project sites.
• Monitor contractor EHS compliance and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training, drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
