Job summary

NestAI seeks a Forward Deployed Embedded Engineer. You will be embedded directly in customer development environments, crafting robust C++ software that runs on hardware and integrates with sensors and microcontrollers.

You will leverage AI-assisted tools to speed development and collaborate across engineering, testing, and client teams. You must have at least 3 years in embedded or systems-level software, strong C++ skills, and the ability to adapt to fast-changing customer needs while

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years in embedded or systems-level software development.
Strong proficiency in C++ with comfortable hardware interaction.
Experience with Python a plus for tooling and scripting.
Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Familiarity with AI-assisted programming and developer tools.

Responsibilities

Embed with customer teams to integrate and validate platform against real requirements.
Write efficient C++ code with attention to memory and power constraints.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding efforts.
Collaborate with testing and customer stakeholders to iterate on performance.
Integrate software with sensors and microcontrollers in deployed systems.
