10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, backend/systems architecture, or enterprise integrations.
Deep understanding of modern software architecture, distributed systems, edge/cloud deployments, and software-hardware co-design.
Experience working directly with external clients, deploying software in harsh operational environments.
Strong agile execution, Jira/Agile tooling, and roadmapping under changing field conditions.
Prior background or strong technical interest in AI/ML, robotics, autonomous systems, or defence/aerospace integration is advantageous.
Ability to travel occasionally to client sites.

Technical & Architectural Leadership: Own the overall technical architecture and integration strategy for large-scale customer deployments.
Hands-on Field Execution: Act as the technical anchor on client projects — designing, debugging, and integrating end-to-end physical AI capabilities with customer hardware and software.
Technical Project Management: Drive project schedules, track technical deliverables, evaluate architectural risks, and manage complex system dependencies.
Customer Interface: Serve as the trusted technical advisor for stakeholders during site visits, integrations, and capability handovers.
