Job summary

NestAI is seeking a Senior Full Stack FDE in Tampere, Finland to lead delivery and integration of autonomous systems for partners. You will build and tailor web apps, dashboards, and backend layers that operate in complex customer environments, combining frontend, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows.

We value rapid adaptation to new codebases, strong collaboration with external partners, and travel up to 10% within Europe. On-site work in Finland is expected; remote work from abroad is not supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• Strong frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js/Python/Go).
• Experience building/consuming RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and databases.
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines (cloud or on-prem).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver client-facing web apps, dashboards, and backend services.
• Design and deploy robust APIs and backend integrations.
• Develop responsive, low-latency frontend UIs (React/TS).
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate features without compromising security.
• Collaborate with customer teams and product R&D to translate needs into features.
