Job summary

Stott and May is seeking a hands-on Field CTO to lead its technical and customer-facing operations in Finland. The role combines AI leadership, engineering oversight, and strategic engagement with enterprise customers to drive adoption and value realization.

The successful candidate will partner with GTM teams to translate opportunities into practical solutions, build a local technical organisation, and guide deployment and adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CTO with AI experience
• Experience with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders
• Strong commercial awareness and translating business problems into technical solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead local engineering and customer-facing technical teams
• Provide technical leadership across AI, software architecture, APIs, data and cloud
• Engage with GTM and enterprise customers from discovery to deployment
• Shape technical proposals with commercial teams and define measurable outcomes
• Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on technical directions
• Support teams in resolving complex technical and customer challenges
• Foster a high-quality, fast, customer-focused engineering culture
• Recruit and coach top technical and customer-facing talent
