Job summary

Turun Ylioppilaskyläsäätiö (TYS) seeks a Kiinteistöpalvelujohtaja to lead the property maintenance and facilities team in Turku. The role oversees maintenance of existing properties, planning, and technical services, guiding a six-person team and reporting to the CEO.

Job description

This vacancy oversees leadership of the property maintenance and facilities team at Turun Ylioppilaskyläsäätiö (TYS). The Kiinteistöpalvelujohtaja leads the maintenance of existing properties, maintenance planning, and technical services, and is responsible for the Facilities services team’s operations, finances and personnel. The role includes leading a six-person team, serving as a member of the management team, and reporting to the CEO.
