Job summary

Hiab is seeking a Facility Manager to oversee the Raisio factory and service centers, ensuring safe and compliant workplaces. You will lead daily operations, manage budgets, and coordinate maintenance partners across sites in Finland.

The role emphasizes strong contractor management, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation to support business continuity and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years in facility management or related industrial/site environment.
• Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance and contractor management.
• Understanding Finnish safety, environmental and fire safety requirements.
• Proven ability to manage service delivery end-to-end and drive issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across Raisio factory and service centers.
• Coordinate maintenance partners, manage budgets and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, leases and safety standards.
• Oversee service contractors, monitor SLAs, support sourcing/tendering.
• Deliver facility projects safely with minimal disruption and optimize space usage.
• Communicate clearly with sites, landlords and vendors and manage disruptions.
• Prioritize activities within budget and approve work and invoices within limits.
