Job summary

Ardmac is seeking Safety Advisors to support construction projects across the EU, including Finland. The role focuses on promoting Safety First culture, ensuring compliance, and providing on-site support to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in OHS/SHEQ.
• Experience with ISO 45001, 9001, 14001 is preferred.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ardmac’s Safety First culture on sites.
• Assist in development and maintenance of construction phase plans and H&S files.
• Ensure subcontractors are pre-qualified and compliant.
• Review safety, environmental, and quality documentation for adequacy.
• Coordinate pre-start meetings and site SHEQ audits.
• Prepare weekly SHEQ reports and liaise with clients/regulators.
• Support ISO and Ardmac management system compliance on live projects.
• Coach project teams to improve SHEQ performance.
