Job summary

Ardmac is seeking Construction Managers to oversee high-value projects across the EU, with Finland as a key location. You will lead planning, programming, and execution while upholding safety and quality standards.

We value at least 3 years of construction management experience, strong leadership, and a background in fit-out/interiors projects. Applicants should be capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously and working in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management.
• Proven experience in planning, programming, and executing construction projects.
• Background in fit out / interiors projects in industrial building schemes preferred - e.g., pharma, data centres.

Responsibilities

• Provide input into estimates and tenders, including site visits.
• Review tenders with the operations team and participate in adjudication meetings.
• Plan and program work efficiently for tenders.
• Attend post-tender interviews.
• Adhere to Safety First Guiding Principles on site.
• Develop contract programs with the Site Manager and ensure resources and sequencing for completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures across all projects.
