Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology Finland is seeking a Clinical Consultant to provide expert technical and product advice to physicians and EP lab staff. You will train users on JnJ systems and catheter equipment, ensuring professional service and optimal technology adoption.

You will identify customer needs, drive awareness of JnJ products, and coordinate global and local support. A degree, clinical experience, Finnish fluency and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Degree level education required, preferably in biotech, nursing or scientific.
• Clinical/engineering/paramedical experience preferred.
• Fluent in Finnish and business-level English.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 nights per week; valid EU driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical support and training to physicians and EP lab staff.
• Identify customer needs and create awareness of JnJ products and solutions.
• Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and upgrades of systems and hardware.
• Maintain current product instructions for use and relevant literature.
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to grow customer relationships.
