Job summary

AWS Finland & Baltics is hiring an Account Executive to lead transformative deals and redefine how Finnish Enterprises innovate with cloud and agentic AI. Based in Helsinki with travel to key customer sites, you will own go-to-market strategy for strategic accounts and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business and technical challenges, build long-term strategic relationships, and accelerate customer adoption across Finland.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Finnish and/or English).
• Sales Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers.
• Solving problems with technology in the enterprise industries experience.
• Ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs with demonstrated success for Finnish enterprises.
• Deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure, data, analytics, and AI/ML with ability to translate technology into strategic business outcome.
• Experience with pipeline management or other CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted senior relationships with strategic enterprise accounts.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve customers' most complex business and technical challenges.
• Identify transformational opportunities, de-risk execution, and replicate success through scalable plays and mechanisms.
• Use data and metrics to manage pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales productivity.
• Represent AWS at industry events and evangelize our innovation across Finland.
• Accelerate customer adoption & develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
