Collaborate with Product Lead to build innovative support tools benefiting millions of users. You will partner with product and business stakeholders, manage rollouts in production, and leverage AI tools to stay close to the codebase.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with product teams and business stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with multiple languages and technologies.
• Hands-on backend software development experience.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and staying close to code.
• Experience partnering with product teams and senior stakeholders.
• Experience with rollouts in fast-paced production environments.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and AWS for project support.
