Job summary

Wolt is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help build and evolve our new Common case-management system, powering support-case handling across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will own significant end-to-end initiatives across backend services and React-based tools for support operators and admins.

Qualifications

• Proficient in full-stack development with React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and operating backend services and APIs.
• Ability to own complex, customer-facing or operations-critical projects from design to production.
• Experience using AI development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Case Management initiatives from discovery to rollout.
• Build scalable backend services and React-based internal tools for support operators.
• Design case-management capabilities: creation, routing, assignments, transfers, audit history, notes.
• Migrate traffic safely from legacy systems while delivering feature parity.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Support, Data, and other teams to define problems and roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
