Job summary

Qualifications

• A Master or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in power electronics/product design with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive engineering strategy and roadmap for new product development.
• Accountable for product delivery including schedule, budget, quality, and performance targets.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team and talent development initiatives.
• Direct cross-functional resources across HW, FW, and ME disciplines.
• Represent engineering in senior leadership forums and steering committees.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with IEC standards and EU regulatory requirements.
• Input to engineering budgeting and resource allocation across projects.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster knowledge sharing.
