Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Vantaa, Finland seeks a Manufacturing Engineering & Industrialization Manager to build and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers driving operational excellence, advanced manufacturing systems, and efficient product transfer.

You will own manufacturing data governance (BOMs, routings, SOPs), lead NPI and STP using ProLaunch, and partner with Engineering and Operations to deliver scalable, cost‑effective processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• Strong experience in manufacturing engineering and people leadership.
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering Function by coaching and developing the team.
• Drive Industrialisation and NPI, managing transfer projects and process development.
• Own manufacturing data governance (BOMs, routings, SOPs) and lead digitalisation initiatives.
• Lead safety, quality and site leadership, collaborating across functions to support growth.
