Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Product Manager for its White Space portfolio in the DPQ segment, overseeing strategy, roadmap and lifecycle across EMEA and North America. You will drive profitability, gather insights, and collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations to deliver data center innovations.

Ideal candidates have a background in product management within the Data Center industry, strong business acumen and excellent stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies) is highly desirable.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
• Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
• Gather customer insights and monitor market trends.
