Job summary

Eaton, a global power management leader, seeks a Product Manager to own the White Space portfolio across EMEA. You will define market opportunities, set requirements and work with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations across EMEA and North America to drive profitable growth in data center solutions.

The role requires delivering product strategy, lifecycle management, and pricing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch innovative products and align roadmaps

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies) is highly desirable.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global matrix organization.
• Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
• Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
• Gather customer insights and monitor market trends.
• Identify growth opportunities and competitive differentiators.
• Define requirements for new product development initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Support go-to-market activities and product launches.
• Partner with global teams to align product roadmaps.
• Provide product expertise for strategic customers and major opportunities.
