Job summary

NestAI is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Embedded Engineer to join our team. You will be embedded directly in customer development environments, ensuring our AI-powered platform runs reliably in the field and adapts to real-world operational requirements.

We value hands-on C++ expertise, a hardware-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in dynamic, customer-facing settings. You will collaborate across engineering, testing, and customer stakeholders to deliver robust deployment

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in embedded or systems-level software.
Strong C++ and hardware proximity.
Able to work independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Experience with AI-assisted programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

Customer-Facing Engineering: embed with customer teams to integrate and validate our platform.
Practical Optimization: write efficient C++ and balance memory/power constraints.
AI-Augmented Engineering: leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate coding.
Iterative Problem-Solving: collaborate with testing and customer stakeholders to iterate on performance.
Hardware Integration: work with sensors and microcontrollers to ensure reliability.
