Job summary

NestAI is a European AI lab building NestOS to power autonomous defence systems. We seek a Release & Quality Lead who embeds validation into development, creating scalable strategies for agentic AI platforms and modern CI/CD pipelines.

You will work hands-on with engineers to ensure reliable, fast releases, while shaping how we test non-deterministic AI components and build robust validation frameworks for evolving systems.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with hands-on software experience.
• Generalist mindset with validation and release experience.
• Deep systems understanding of end-to-end platforms.
• AI-agent validation experience in agentic systems.
• Willingness to dive into problems and build solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and CI/CD/build tooling.
• Docker/containerization experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Release Engineering and CI/CD pipelines.
• Define validation for AI-agent era.
• Collaborate with engineers to bake quality in.
• Understand platform across agents, backend, and infra.
• Partner with embedded/edge and fullstack teams.
• Help define NestAI's validation strategy at scale.
