Job summary

NestAI, a European AI defense lab, seeks a QA Full-Stack Automation Engineer to design, build, and scale automated test harnesses and CI/CD pipelines from scratch. You will collaborate with core engineering, cloud, and edge teams to ensure end-to-end data integrity, interface reliability, and rapid release velocity.

You’ll have autonomy to choose testing frameworks and tooling as we grow our QA organization, influence quality practices early in development, and help shape a robust testing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven track record designing and scaling end-to-end test automation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of complex distributed systems and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Strong ability to configure, build and maintain scalable test harnesses in CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks across UI, API, and cloud services.
• Embed automated test suites directly into CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast build validation and prevent regressions.
• Verify seamless data flows and communication between UI, core backend services, and edge system integration points.
• Collaborate with core software developers to establish testability standards and quality practices early in development.
• Track evolving testing architectures and evaluate and introduce modern frameworks and tooling as the stack grows.
• Work closely with core engineering and platform teams on shared software quality infrastructure.
