Job summary

GagaMuller Group is seeking an ELV/Schedule Manager for a major data centre project in Kouvola, Finland. You will lead schedule development, governance, and reporting across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with client and contractor teams to ensure milestone delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related discipline.
• Experience working in project scheduling, planning, or project controls within construction or engineering environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles, sequencing, and project controls processes.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management, coordination, and reporting of project schedules across all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Coordinate schedule inputs from design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports and project progress updates.
• Develop executive dashboards and programme performance summaries.
