Job summary

GagaMuller Group seeks an Electrical Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to lead electrical scope on major projects in Finland. You will coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure on-time delivery, safety, and quality.

This role offers responsibility, mentorship, and opportunities to influence project strategy. You will manage LV, MV, and HV systems, review submittals, and drive compliance with Finnish codes and standards while leading risk and change control across the

Qualifications

• Relevant Electrical qualification essential, e.g. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Previous experience in Project Management roles within construction or engineering environments.
• Experience dealing with Industrial Relations issues.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards and site compliance requirements.
• Experience within Design & Build construction environments across Commercial, Industrial, Pharma, or Data Centre projects.
• Good technical knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary client-side representative for all electrical scope activities on site.
• Oversee LV, MV, HV electrical systems including UPS, switchgear, power distribution, grounding, lighting, and controls.
• Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and installation details for compliance with specs.
• Coordinate electrical work packages with CSA, Mechanical, ICT, BMS/controls, and vendors.
• Monitor progress and identify mitigation or recovery measures.
