Job summary

Enersense is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join large-scale data centre construction projects in the Helsinki region. You will supervise electrical installation works on site and ensure activities are completed safely, efficiently and to quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating contractors, monitoring installations, tracking progress, and collaborating with design engineers and project teams while maintaining documentation and promoting safety on site.

Qualifications

• Relevant electrical engineering educational background.
• Experience supervising electrical work on site or in electrical construction projects.
• Knowledge of electrical installations, supervision, and commissioning.
• Understanding of contract management, cost, schedule, and quality control.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
• Finnish language skills.
• Salary level and criteria will be communicated before the interview.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors on site.
• Monitor electrical installations to ensure compliance with plans, technical specifications, regulations and industry standards.
• Track site progress, identify deviations or potential risks and participate in planning and implementing corrective actions.
• Inspect the quality of installations and participate in commissioning activities, testing, inspections and handover procedures.
• Work closely with project specialists, design engineers and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Evaluate implementation alternatives and contribute to the selection of technical solutions.
• Support schedule and cost control activities and report project progress to project management.
• Monitor compliance with health and safety requirements and promote safe working practices on site.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, inspection records and reporting.
