Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within an M&E contracting environment.
• Data centre experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate site activities with other trades and subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Attend daily and weekly site meetings.
• Manage labour resources and align with programme requirements.
• Monitor subcontractor performance for efficient delivery.
• Maintain quality and workmanship standards on site.
• Ensure materials and plant meet specifications.
• Verify plant and access equipment are certified.
• Notify project management of variations and delays.
