Job summary

Enersense Engineering is seeking Electrical Construction Managers to support Data Centre projects across Finland. This permanent role starts as soon as possible and offers involvement in cross-site coordination.

You will oversee schedules, QA, safety, subcontractors, and change control while ensuring delivery specifications. Finnish language skills are a benefit.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems.
• Experience with data centre projects.
• Relevant electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC or NVQ.

Responsibilities

• Manage site QA in coordination with the QA Manager.
• Oversee project schedules and resource planning.
• Supervise subcontractors and verify delivery specifications.
• Support project close-out and change control.
• Enforce health and safety standards.
• Develop procedures with Package Managers.
